The firm was founded by Meenu Goenka, my late mother in 1988. She started as a traditional life insurance advisor offering investment and retirement planning with a focus on estate planning and tax savings strategies to owners of family owned businesses. She started with modest beginnings, a small office and referrals from friends.
I am the second generation financial planner and joined the business early in my career at the age of 23. I realised that to become a partner in the business and to get a slice of the pie, i will have to make the pie bigger. That will only happen if I can learn to develop new business.
We gradually introduced health, general insurance, postal deposits and mutual fund distribution into our basket of products and services. The transformation from a traditional life insurance advisory to a 360 degree one stop solution required a skill set of being more than just a good advisor. My mother had built the business from scratch with hard work and honesty. She gave me one very valuable advice early in life which has always been my inspiration. “I have to prove my own way”
With more than 20 years of experience we are presently servicing more than 500 families. I am happy to state that almost all the clients we acquired in those days are still with us. They are now not only our clients, but more like family.
Our primary assets have been honesty, integrity and transparency which we have built on the foundation of knowledge, experience and goodwill. We have acquired the expertise in managing not only Financial Well being of our esteemed clients but are able to best manage their individual requirements and expectations as well.
